Here Is How It Works:
Build your Neighborhood by clicking on the Neighborhood tab (once you are logged into your account) and adding friends and acquaintances who have also created accounts on our website. If you do not see someone that you are looking for on our website, then invite them to create an account (it should only take a few minutes). The larger your Neighborhood, the more search results you will have to review when deciding which service providers to contact (and which service providers might not do the quality of work that you desire at the price that you are willing to pay).

Once you have built out your Neighborhood, then spend a few minutes entering reviews for service providers that you have used across a variety of categories from cleaning services to tutors. While each review will only take a minute or two to complete, it is worth spending the time to write as many reviews as possible so that those in your Neighborhood can benefit from your prior experiences (as you will benefit from the reviews that they post).

Once you have built out your Neighborhood and inputted your reviews, you can leverage your Neighborhood by searching for service providers from the Service Pages homepage. At the bottom of the search results page, you will see a red icon entitled Neighborhood Reviews (NOTE: You must be logged in to your account in order to see this feature). By clicking on this icon, you can view all of the reviews posted by the friends and acquaintances in your Neighborhood (which will include service providers who may not have created a profile on our website yet).
